an untitled light

catching briefly
orbs, forms, essence
caught
like water flowing through a net
glimmering, dissipating
transfixing, landing, freeing
what hazes
what solves
meanders to my eye
spackle covered bricks
like lozenges for the throat
three pillars in a window
what imagery can’t be conceived
light that reveals my eyelashes
to my other eye
the bridge of my nose
reflecting
slight invisible sheerness
my retina-
apparent; procedural-
administrative; natural-
occurring; ill fitting gloves-
i slip out the loose ends
one side of me is warm
the other is stale and cooled
blanketing invisible waves
unwarned undertow
reflex; apologies for redundancy
truth however,
reflects!
from existence
i am sore
relinquish, redo, realign
reflect me, reprimand me
i plead,
remind me
what drifts-
what oscillates-
i am three pillars from a schism.
